It's more of an inside joke, but it's a funny story.
One of my friends named Bartek made a comic book series that basically had the exact concept as Adventure Time in '08. Featuring two adventurers, defeating an evil womanizer over and over. Thing is, he didn't know about the AT pilot that was out back then at all, so when the show officially aired last week, the main characters of the show felt copy and pasted from the story Bartek created. Everything down to the art style o_O
Finn belongs to Pendelton ward and Cartoon Network.
